We are pleased to present to you a new product in our store soon. Maláko creats meaningful, high quality skincare products that also serves a purpose. We were looking for a partner with SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY and SUSTAINABILITY.

"Our ethos isn’t just to uplift our customers, we also believe in supporting our suppliers, just like they support us. We work to ensure that our materials and services are bought, produced and delivered in an ethical way, which means accounting for factors such as health and safety, quality assurance, sustainability and social, ethical and legal standards.

To the best of our ability, we purchase materials that are certified organic or fair trade, ethically audited, free from genetic modification, and purchased from community projects, or direct from producers. This gives local producers a fairer deal, and in return, gives us the assurity of high-quality products.

We combine passion with purpose to ensure we give back to the local community. Priding ourselves on building strong, long lasting relationships with our suppliers, we work hard to uphold and maintain the highest ethical standards across every aspect of our business. Of course this requires a lot of hard work, but we have a life long commitment to it.

Our ingredients are lovingly harvested by local farmers in Thailand and the UK, and directly purchasing from them provides us with a full history of our product from seed to bottle; giving us the confidence to promise a high quality product. Cutting out the middle man also allows us to pay farmers better wages, which they then invest back into their business and livelihood. This mutually supportive relationship not only benefits both parties, but in turn, ultimately, leads to a lovingly crafted product."

Our values from day one have been to have a zero-tolerance policy towards animal testing. It is not acceptable. And we work hard to commit to that strict policy every day. So, what does that mean? It means we don’t conduct, commission or pay third parties for the regulatory approval of results that come from animal testing at any stage of our product development process. We only trade with suppliers that provide cruelty free raw materials and ingredients and we have no room for anything that fails to comply with these requirements.
